REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions you’re entitled to depends on the package you select. You may request as many revisions as outlined in your package details. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we’ll keep refining the design until it meets your expectations, at no extra cost, as long as the core concept remains the same. Revised designs are typically delivered within 48 hours.

Any changes requested after final approval of the design will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds from Brand Name will not be applicable in the following cases:

• You have selected a custom or discounted package.
• The initial design concept has been approved.
• You have requested revisions.
• The cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to our services.
• We have not received any communication from you for over 14 days.
• Company policies have been violated.
• You have hired another company or designer for the same project.
• The provided creative brief lacks essential details.
• A complete design overhaul has been requested after initial approval.
• The refund request exceeds the allowed request timeframe.
• Your business is shutting down, changing names, or undergoing structural changes.
• Personal or subjective reasons (e.g., “change of mind,” “partner disagreement”) will not qualify for a refund.
• If a bundled service package is purchased, only the specific unsatisfactory service may be eligible for a refund, not the entire package.
• Refunds are not applicable after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Services such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Domain Registration, Web Hosting, and any Paid Plugins (including SSL certificates and DDoS protection) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In the case of website projects, no refund will be issued after design approval and once development has begun. Similarly, refund requests for website projects will not be accepted once final designs have been approved.

If the client fails to submit a project brief within 10 days of order placement, a partial refund (up to 25%) may be considered.

Once the final files have been delivered and approved, no refunds will be processed.

Note: Brand Name reserves the right to reject any project or cancel a contract at its discretion. If a refund is issued, the client forfeits all rights to the delivered work. All designs and related materials will remain the sole property of Brand Name.

Important: Once your refund is issued, you will forfeit all rights to any designs, files, or creative work provided by Brand Name. All design materials will be submitted to the appropriate government copyright agencies for record-keeping and legal protection.

DELIVERY POLICY

All completed orders will be delivered to the account provided and confirmed in your Order Confirmation. A confirmation email will also be sent once the order is delivered.

Turnaround time depends on the selected package, with a minimum delivery time of 2 business days. For urgent requests or expedited delivery, please contact our customer support team.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

Brand Name securely stores finalized design files for future reference. If you misplace your order, we can provide the original files upon request. Please note that a file retrieval fee may apply for the extraction and re-delivery of archived files.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

You agree that Brand Name is not responsible for any correspondence received from email addresses not ending with our official domain (i.e., “@brandname.com”) or from any toll-free numbers not listed on our official website. We disclaim liability for any damages arising from communication through unauthorized channels.

We only acknowledge and take responsibility for communications sent via our official email addresses or toll-free numbers as published on the Brand Name website.

Additionally, if a client fails to respond for more than 45 days, project activation charges may apply. We assume full responsibility for all information provided through our verified communication channels.
